This Privacy Policy explains how Wiki Property and its associated property project websites (“we”, “us”, “our”) collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you visit our websites or submit an enquiry. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) of Malaysia.

1. What information we collect

When you submit an enquiry form or interact with our websites, we may collect:

Contact details you provide: full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and any message text.
Usage data collected automatically: pages visited, time spent on each page, device type, browser, approximate location (country/state), and referral source. This is collected via Google Analytics 4.
Click events on call-to-action buttons such as “WhatsApp” or “Enquire”, captured by Google Analytics 4 to measure marketing effectiveness.

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years old.

2. How we use your information

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

To respond to your enquiry, send you the requested e-brochure, and arrange a sales gallery appointment.
To contact you with relevant updates about the property project you enquired about (new pricing, unit availability, promotions).
To measure and improve the performance of our websites and marketing campaigns.
To comply with legal obligations under Malaysian law.

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Who we share your information with

We share your data only with the following parties, and only to the extent necessary:

Our appointed sales agents and project sales teams, who handle your enquiry and arrange site visits.
LeadConnectorHQ (HighLevel, Inc.) — our customer relationship management (“CRM”) platform that processes form submissions on our behalf.
Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 receives anonymised website usage data. We do not transmit your name, phone, or email to Google.
Hosting providers, including Hostinger International Ltd. — your data may be stored on servers operated by them.
Government authorities and law enforcement, where required by Malaysian law or court order.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for:

Essential functionality — keeping you signed in, remembering form inputs.
Analytics — Google Analytics 4 measurement cookies, retained for up to 14 months.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but parts of our websites may not function correctly without them.

5. How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.
Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics 4’s default 14-month policy.
Legal records (e.g., transaction records) may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with Malaysian tax and corporate law.

6. Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
Withdraw your consent to our use of your data at any time.
Request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Opt out of marketing communications by replying “STOP” to any WhatsApp / SMS message, or unsubscribing from email.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls on our CRM, and encryption at rest. While no system is 100% secure, we work to maintain reasonable safeguards as required by the PDPA.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 14 days.
